At Print Wisconsin, each print is custom made to order just for you. Because of the precision and quality involved in our acrylic printing process, please allow up to 3 weeks from the time of your order for delivery.

We take pride in delivering handcrafted photographic art with care and attention to detail.

Shipping Carriers
We ship all orders via UPS or FedEx, depending on destination and best available service. Once your print has been produced and packaged, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days after printing is completed

Expedited shipping available at checkout (does not reduce production time)

Packaging & Protection
Every plexiglass print is carefully packaged using:

Heavy-duty cardboard for durable outer protection

Custom-cut foam inserts to prevent movement and absorb shock

Moisture barrier wrap (when necessary)

We treat each piece as a work of art—because it is.

In Case of Shipping Damage
Though rare, damage during transit can happen. If your print arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.

Here’s what to do:
Take clear photos of the following:

The damaged item (front and back)

All packaging materials (outside box, foam, internal wrapping)

The shipping label with tracking number clearly visible

Keep all packaging materials.
These are required for the shipping carrier’s damage claim.

Email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@printwisconsin.com with:

Your order number

All supporting photos

A brief description of the damage

We’ll initiate a claim and send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
